It's difficult to articulate the joy we experience when we find out the book we adored or novel we enjoyed as children has been made into a film. Imagine being the lead protagonist from the book you've loved reading throughout your childhood. Feels surreal? The experience of Olivia Rodrigo was similar. Olivia was introduced to the world of acting after getting the lead role on the show American Girl -the episodes of which Rodrigo was watching since she was seven years old. This teen was given an opportunity to portray her favorite persona, one she was a fan of since her childhood. The time didn't pass for her talents to become known and now she's an established face on Disney television. Although this is a great thing, but it comes with a cost. Olivia has to be constantly going from city to town and that means she has to sacrifice her normal school as well as her friends.
